This is where you start. I will do an initial consultation and interview you on your lifestyle, medical needs, and diet. I will then develop a 12-session program designed to rebalance your entire body. By rebalancing the body first, I give it the best chance to heal and achieve your goals. Twelve weeks is the minimum amount of time that I feel it takes my clients to change their eating habits. I use food science to help you achieve your goals. In this program you will learn all about food science, healthy eating, and be inspired to try new foods!

Once again, I will look at your specific motivational needs and goals, and design a maintenance program just for you. This program is designed to tap into your intrinsic motivation and help you make these lifestyle choices last a lifetime.
Not ready for private counselling? I also offer group classes and workshops. There is a maximum of 7 participants per class, which means you will have ample opportunity to ask questions and absorb all the food science. In each class you receive a workbook, tracking tool, and lots of great recipes to try.
